We are thrilled to share the highlights and outcomes of our recent Inside Valley Marketing Meet, where we gathered as a unified force to strategize and align our efforts towards achieving greater success. The event took place on 16th June, 2023 at Akama Hotel, Dhumbarai and it was a fantastic platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.

Here are the key takeaways from the event:

  • Presentations and Updates: Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chunky Chhetry, delivered insightful presentations, outlining the company's vision, mission, and marketing goals. He also provided updates on recent achievements, challenges, and upcoming initiatives. This set the stage for a shared understanding of our organizational objectives.
  • Areas of Discussion: Our market share, strategic planning for firm's performance, challenger brand and strategy development were the key areas of discussion that our CEO focused on. In this context, a detailed comparison, of both internal and the overall insurance industry, were made based on the portfolio and market share.
  • Polling Session: The CEO conducted a polling session wherein various relevant questions were asked in alignment with the key areas of discussion.
  • Presentation By the Branch: The branch managers of 14 Branch from Kathmandu Valley, namely Baneshwor, Bhaktapur – Sallaghari, Bhaktapur – Suryabinayak, Chabahil, Gyaneshwor, Gongabu, Kalanki, Kupondole, Naxal, New Road – Bira Complex, New Road – Sundhara, Patan, Teku and Thamel delivered their presentations. 
  • Focus of The Presentation: Since this session was the first session wherein all the marketing staffs of Kathmandu Valley were together, an introduction round was conducted by each branch. They presented the premium collection data and the expected collection till the end of this FY. 
  • SWOT Analysis: an analysis on the strength, weakness opportunities and threats were performed by all the branches and the CEO and DCEO gave their insight on issues that were presented.
  • Action Plans and Next Steps: The Inside Valley Marketing Meet concluded with the formulation of action plans and next steps. Each team set goals and developed strategies to achieve the same. 

The marketing department from different branches came together to discuss their specific strategies, share best practices, and address any concerns. These sessions fostered cross-functional collaboration and allowed for a deeper understanding of each team's role in achieving our collective goals.
