Stage Process Description
Stage 1 Incident Occurs / Claim Raised
Stage 2 InDrive customer service team validates trip and collects all incident details
Stage 3 InDrive submits incident details to the insurance company (Within 15 days)
Stage 4 Insurance company checks/evaluates the claim incident and registers the loss in the insurance company
Stage 5 Valid Rider/Passenger/Claimant needs to submit all the documents to InDrive customer service
Stage 6 InDrive Nepal reviews all the documents and collects outstanding information if necessary
Stage 7 Insurance company will adjudicate the claim
Stage 8 Insurance company will follow up for additional documents if necessary
Stage 9 After receiving the final documents, the insurance company will process further for the settlement
Stage 10 Insurance company will make payments
Stage 11 InDrive Nepal will receive the settlement

Claim Settlement Time:

Death/PTD Claim: Maximum 7 days after the complete document provided by the insured.
Medical Claim: Maximum 15 days after the complete document provided by the insured.
