Benefits:
1. Death: In the case of accidental death caused by external, violent,
and visible means, the insured person (or their beneficiary) will receive a
payout if the death occurs within 183 days from the date of the accident.
2. Funeral Expenses (Death Rituals): In the event of accidental death,
the insured will be indemnified with an amount of NPR 80,000.00, within the sum
insured limit.
3. Permanent Total Disablement: This covers bodily injuries that totally,
irrecoverably, and absolutely prevent the insured from engaging in any kind of
occupation.
4. Accidental Medical Expenses: Necessary and actual medical expenses
caused by an accident, up to a limit of NPR 80,000.00, in addition to the sum
insured limit.
Additional Clause:
The amount to be paid by the insurer will not exceed the sum insured mentioned in the policy, i.e., NPR 800,000.00 for an individual person and 50% of the sum insured for infants.
Indemnity Limit:
A. Accidental Death (Any one Person): NPR 800,000.00
B. Funeral Expenses (Per Person): NPR 80,000.00 (within the sum insured
limit)
C. Accidental Medical (Per Person): NPR 80,000.00 (in addition to the sum
insured limit)
Estimated Number of Rides: 58,626,914.00
Coverage for Minor/Infant:
Infants are covered for 50% of the sum insured.

5. Doctor's Certificate related to the disability
6. Doctor's Prescription/Pathology Report/Cash Memos
(b) Documents required in case of Death /Permanent Total Disablement

2. Claim form duly filled (To be Certified by the company/Employer)
3. Spot Investigation Report (मुचुल्का)
4. Police Report (related to the Accident / Incident)
5. Doctor’s certificate related to the Disability
6. Death Certificate
7. Autopsy Report / Post Mortem Report
8. Ghatna sthal Laas Jach Muchulka(घटना स्थल लाश जाँच मुचुल्का)
9. Emergency Ticket (If went at Hospital)
10. Death Certified by hospital (if died at hospital)
11. Citizen ship certificate of the legal heir of the dead person.
12. Relationship certificate (for the legal heir)
13. Any other document required on the basis of merit of claim.
