Mr. Kabi Raj Paudel serves as the Deputy General Manager and National Coordinator at Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Ltd. (SALICO), where he leads the company’s nationwide marketing strategies with vision and dedication. With over 26 years of experience in the insurance sector, Mr. Paudel brings a wealth of industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and operational excellence to his role.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Sikkim Manipal University, underscoring his commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Paudel has made significant contributions beyond the corporate sphere. He played a key role in Nepal’s financial sector development, having served as a board member of the former Metro Development Bank Ltd. and former Kailash Bikash Bank Limited. Notably, he coordinated the merger of these two institutions, demonstrating his capacity for organizational leadership and strategic planning.
